Workflow explanation

  1. Start the campaign when a trial tag is applied or when the trial signup form is submitted.
  2. Send the welcome/login email immediately and schedule an activation checklist on Day 1.
  3. Branch logic:
    • Activated users get value emails and a mid-trial upgrade prompt.
    • Non-activated users get a rescue sequence (help, walkthroughs, and support options).
  4. When an upgrade happens, apply a Paid monthly tag and remove the contact from the trial sequences.
  5. If they do not upgrade, run a short urgency sequence near the end of the trial and re-check upgrade status.
