Workflow explanation

  1. Capture a lead from any entry point (form, chat, landing page, ad, referral).

  3. Start a short nurture sequence that builds trust and drives one primary action: book a call.
  4. Branch logic:
    • If a booking is created, create an opportunity and move the lead into your pipeline.
    • If no booking happens, keep nurturing and check for intent signals (clicks, replies).
  5. After the call, branch again based on outcome:
    • Closed-won: move the opportunity to Won and hand off to onboarding.
    • Not ready: move the opportunity to a Nurture stage and shift to long-term follow-up.
  6. Long-term nurture is lightweight and consistent (for example, monthly value + a periodic call-to-action) so leads do not go cold.
