Workflow explanation

1. When a subscription starts, apply tags that represent state (Active subscriber + plan). Tags drive access and reporting.
2. Send a welcome email that includes access details and one clear support path.
3. Model each subscription change as a separate, explicit path:
   • Cancel: confirm intent, offer a save option, and then execute cancellation cleanly.
   • Pause: apply a Paused tag, stop content, and define restart rules.
   • Update payment: send a secure update link and remind until resolved.
   • Refund: collect reason, create a review task, then process and tag the account correctly.
4. Keep state tags mutually exclusive to avoid conflicting access rules (Active vs Paused vs Canceled vs Refunded).
