Workflow explanation

  1. Start onboarding when an order is paid (or when a customer tag is applied by your checkout integration).
  2. Apply deterministic tags (product, tier, cohort). Tags drive access control and remove guesswork.
  3. Send a welcome email with one clear next action: complete the intake form.
  4. Grant access automatically through your membership/LMS integration and request onboarding details.
  5. Branch logic:
    • Intake submitted: create a kickoff task, send scheduling, and deliver the first checklist.
    • Intake missing: run a timed reminder sequence. If reminders fail, notify the team and create a task.
  6. Track activation using a milestone tag or a manual step. If the milestone is missing, send support nudges.
  7. Wrap up with a recap and ask for a testimonial/referral when the customer has seen value.
